The chain never breaks
Meeting → agenda → decision → action. Every decision is numbered, every action is tied to a person and a date.
Each section walks through a real flow in the app, step by step, with short clips that play on their own — from tracking the action that comes out of a meeting decision to asking a question of your corporate memory.
The screens are faithful drawn representations of the real app; they contain no real member name, e-mail or personal data. (If you need a blurred recording of the live screens, see the note below.)

Meetings, events, action due dates and manual reminders — each type in its own color.

Answers to "what did we decide about this before?" — with sources cited.
The strategy tree, KPI deviation and the committee card's approval status, all at a glance.
A meeting is planned, the agenda is worked through, the decision is numbered, and the action that comes out of it is tied to a person and a date. No link is left dangling.
K-2026-014.The calendar is a projection: meeting, event and action due dates are read from their own records — not copied — so a postponed meeting never lingers at its old time. The only thing you add by hand is a reminder.
Access is based on membership, not roles: who belongs to a conversation is kept on the record itself. Reply, react, pin the important message. Within the first 5 minutes you can retract a post without a trace.
Attendance has three states: present, excused, absent. A participation rate is kept per member; after two consecutive unexcused absences the system raises a warning on its own.
| Member | Present | Excused | Absent | Rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
M1Member — Mechanical | ✓ | %92 | ||
M2Member — Software | ✓ | %88 | ||
M3Member — Automation | E | %74 | ||
M4Member — Electrical | ✕ | %61 |
Decisions and minutes are indexed automatically. The assistant answers from past records, citing its sources — AI suggests, a person decides.
The strategy tree splits into axes and goals; each goal is measured by one or more KPIs. Committee cards summarize goals, move through an approval flow, and feed the management-review report.
